Founding partner Jon W. Hedgepeth is an experienced family law trial lawyer, having worked at Davis, Matthews & Quigley, P.C., and, most recently, having been a partner with the Atlanta family law firm of Kessler, Schwarz & Solomiany, P.C. In June 2006 he founded the firm of Hedgepeth & Heredia, LLC with Hannibal F. Heredia who had been managing partner at the law firm of Perrotta, Cahn & Prieto, PC in Cartersville, Georgia where he practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law.

Hedgepeth & Heredia, LLC was founded on the belief that to represent our clients effectively, the firm shall provide attentive, dependable, and aggressive representation to each and every client. Also, by focusing our practice in only one area of the law, Hedgepeth & Heredia, LLC offers our clients several years of experience in dealing with the issues of divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements, as well as other issues that relate exclusively to family law.
