Summary

Jon W. Hedgepeth, a native Atlantan, has been practicing family law almost exclusively since 1991. Mr. Hedgepeth graduated from Northside High School, has an undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and received his JD from Mercer University. Having founded Moran & Hedgepeth, a general practice law firm, in 1996, Mr. Hedgepeth joined Davis, Matthews & Quigley, P.C., in 2000 and joined Kessler, Schwarz & Solomiany in December, 2003. Mr. Hedgepeth provides representation in all areas of the firm's practice, and he is a certified practitioner of collaborative law. Mr. Hedgepeth is a frequent lecturer in family law seminars and law school classes in Atlanta. Mr. Hedgepeth has also been recognized by Justices of the Supreme Court of Georgia as an authority on prenuptial agreements in Georgia (Dove v. Dove, 285 Ga. 647 (2009)). Mr. Hedgepeth is married to Jane, an attorney in Atlanta, and has two children.
