Atlanta Family Law Firm Hedgepeth, Heredia & Rieder Becomes Hedgepeth Heredia LLC; Former Partner Rebecca Rieder Appointed Superior Court Judge by Governor Nathan Deal
ATLANTA, December 4, 2018 — Hedgepeth Heredia & Rieder is now Hedgepeth Heredia LLC. The change comes as former partner Rebecca Rieder retires from the firm to take on a new role as a Superior Court Judge for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit.
Rieder was appointed to the position in October by Governor Nathan Deal to serve the citizens of Fulton County. She was sworn in on November 7, 2018. The firm’s name change was also effective on that date.
“We are so excited for Becca as she becomes a Superior Court Judge for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit,” said Hedgepeth Heredia LLC managing partner Hannibal Heredia. “This opportunity to serve the people of Fulton County is something she has worked towards for many years.”
Hedgepeth Heredia will continue to provide family law services to clients in Georgia. With three partners and three associates, the firms’ areas of expertise include divorce and separation, custody, property division, paternity, prenuptial/post nuptial agreements, adoption and alternative reproduction.
